Asaduddin Owaisi On Muslim Education: All India Majlis Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) leader Asaduddin Owaisi has emphasized on Muslim students getting higher education. While distributing books to Muslim students in Hyderabad, Telangana, he said that the important objective of the Majlis is to provide better education and higher education to the Muslims.

He said, “The Muslim students who study in Urdu medium schools are children from poor families. It was the wish of Salar-e-Millat (Sultan Salahuddin Owaisi) to help such children and provide them education till high school. So that he can pursue further studies.”

Books distributed to Urdu medium students
Owaisi said that this year, AIMIM distributed around 8 thousand All in One guides in Urdu medium government schools to overcome the educational backwardness of Muslims. The cost of printing these was more than Rs 23 lakh. Apart from Hyderabad, these guides will be distributed in Urdu medium government schools and madrassas of other areas of Telangana.

Books distributed to more than 1 lakh students so far
He said that till now the party has distributed these books to more than 1 lakh 14 thousand students. However, this could not work during Covid. He hopes that with the help of these books, Muslim students will be able to prepare for SSC and benefit from it.

Appealed to students to pursue higher education
During this, Owaisi appealed to all the students not only to leave their studies after high school but also to continue their further studies. The AIMIM chief asked the students to study intermediate after high school and then go for professional courses like doctor, engineer or do graduation, so that they can become powerful.
